Client Onboarding Portal
We built a simple onboarding portal for new allotment clients who sign up for soil testing and seasonal planning. The old process relied on email threads and paper forms, which led to missed samples and confused planting schedules. The portal now walks each grower through a guided soil sampling routine, collects their plot dimensions and crop history, and generates a personalized amendment calendar before their first consultation. Since launching in March, the average time from sign-up to first soil report dropped from eleven days to four, and the number of incomplete sample submissions fell by nearly half. The interface is deliberately plain — a field notebook style with clear prompts, no dashboards to learn, just the next step in front of you.
